The Accounting Specialist must have intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and filters. The Accounting Specialist is responsible for assisting with accounts payable functions.

The Accounting Specialistwill be responsible for:

• 
  
• Assist with payroll processing for 500+ employees
• 
  
• The Accounting Specialist is responsible for assisting with accounts payable functions
• 
  
• The Accounting Specialist will perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• 
  
• Support special projects as necessary
• 
  

Preferred qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:

• 
  
• AP/AR and some general accounting experience
• 
  
• The Accounting Specialist must have intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and filters
• 
  
• The Accounting Specialist must have a "doer" attitude! Be comfortable stepping in and helping out wherever necessary
• 
  

Salary is $47,000-60,000
