Target Compensation: $20-$26/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:

• Create invoices, apply payments, and manage day-to-day billing activities.
• Support month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and journal entry activity.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and assist with collection and follow-up efforts.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment variances, and customer account issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records, supporting schedules, and reporting documentation.

Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; PivotTables and VLOOKUP experience are a plus.
• Experience working within an ERP or accounting system preferred.
