Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• 
  
• Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation
• 
  
• Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and accounting-related reporting
• 
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records
• 
  
• Support month-end close activities and ensure financial records are complete and accurate
• 
  
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal procedures
• 
  
• Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding financial inquiries
• 
  
• Assist with various accounting projects and administrative duties as needed
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist Role:

• 
  
• 1+ years of accounting experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
• 
  
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• 
  
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel preferred
• 
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• 
  

Compensation:

$50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience
