In this role, you will own the day‑to‑day accounting function end‑to‑end—from close sequencing and balance sheet integrity to process improvement and systems optimization. You will operate with a high degree of independence, and will be a critical force multiplier for a lean, automation‑first accounting team. This is not a role for someone who needs direction on what to do next. It's a role for someone who sees what needs to happen, makes it happen, and makes it better along the way. The base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $165,000. Salary is one component of our total compensation package. This position also qualifies for equity (i.e., stock options) and is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on performance. The benefits available for this position include flexible time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short and long term disability), and 11 paid holidays.
