This is a builder's role: you will stand up the SOPs, close processes, and ERP and AI‑driven automation that allow our accounting function to scale with the business – and create the framework that supports our future global expansion.You will own accounting for inventory, contract assets, prepaids, and operating expenses, and partner closely with Business Operations, Supply Chain, Business Systems, Finance, and Sales Ops across the US and India. You will directly manage one team member in San Diego, with flexibility across time zones expected.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Operational AccountingOwn end‑to‑end inventory accounting across the device lifecycle: procurement, trial movements, RMAs, 3PL transfers, and customer deploymentOwn accounting for contract assets, prepaids, and operating expenses, including accruals, amortization schedules, and reconciliationsEstablish and maintain strong controls across all owned accountsPartner with Supply Chain and Business Operations on accurate, timely asset trackingERP Automation & AILead automation of inventory movements within NetSuite, partnering closely with Business SystemsDesign and implement scalable integrations between source systems (Salesforce, 3PL platforms) and NetSuite as the financial system of recordIdentify, pilot, and successfully roll out AI tools to automate recurring accounting processes – with clear ownership of adoption and measurable time savedStandardize how inventory and operational transactions are captured, reviewed, and recorded, removing manual touchpoints across order‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑paySOPs, Close, and ReportingBuild operational SOPs for trials, RMAs, transfers, write‑offs, and other inventory movementsStand up the financial close for inventory reporting, including monthly reconciliations, reserve analysis, and lifecycle reportingEstablish a recurring opex review cadence with cost center leaders covering variance, accruals, and forecast‑to‑actualSupport external audits, US GAAP compliance, and SOX controlsTeam Leadership & Cross‑Functional CollaborationLead and mentor one direct report, providing guidance, training, and performance feedbackPartner cross‑functionally with Business Operations, Supply Chain, Business Systems, Finance, and Sales Ops to design scalable processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including :4 years in Big 4 public accounting and 1+ years in industryHands‑on experience building or owning an inventory ERP integration; NetSuite and Salesforce strongly preferredTrack record of successfully deploying AI or automation tooling that drove measurable process improvementStrong inventory and operational accounting fundamentals, including 3PL and RMA flowsDemonstrated ability to build processes, controls, and reporting from the ground upExperience supporting hardware or device‑based businesses preferredWhat We're Looking ForA self‑starter and hands‑on operator who enjoys doing the work, not just overseeing itA systems thinker who looks for opportunities to automate — with AI and otherwise — before adding headcountA strong communicator who works effectively across functions and geographiesSomeone energized by ambiguity, scale, and the chance to shape how a function operatesWhy Join NetradyneFoundational, high‑impact role at a growing, technology‑driven companyOpportunity to build the framework that supports global expansionCollaborative, cross‑functional culture with broad exposure across the businessCompensation Package / PerksSalary + eligibility for yearly bonusCompany equityCompany Paid Health Care, Dental, and Vision Coverage for you and most of your dependentsGenerous PTO and Sick Leave401(K) with generous company matchDisability, Life Insurance and Ancillary BenefitsAnd much more!California Pay Range: $120,000 USD – $150,000 USDWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
