YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
 

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end/year-end close
• Partner with operations and project teams to monitor job costs, analyze profitability, and improve financial performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture

YOU HAVE...
 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred (or strong progress toward certification)
• Progressive accounting leadership experience with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close
• Experience in construction, industrial services, or other project-based industries with strong job costing knowledge preferred
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a passion for developing teams and improving accounting processes
