Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

Lead healthcare revenue accounting, including gross revenue, contractual adjustments, denials, allowances, and bad debt reserves
Manage month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting
Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
Oversee fixed assets and depreciation schedules
Manage payroll accounting and related reconciliations
Support annual audits and prepare required documentation
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance leadership

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Required: Healthcare revenue accounting experience
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
