Job Summary
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the general accounting functions, including expense/payroll payments, revenue recognitions, account reconciliations, journal entries and month-end and year-end close processes. This position ensures accurate and timely financial reporting while maintaining strong internal controls and adherence to accounting policies and procedures. The Accounting Manager works extensively in cloud-based general ledger and property management systems, leads and develops accounting team members, and collaborates with auditors and senior leadership to support business planning, compliance, and continuous process improvement. This role plays a key part in the company's annual audit and other special projects as assigned.
