Accounting Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)
Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000
We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, oversee month-end close, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role will partner across the organization to drive process improvements and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead general accounting, accounts receivable, and purchasing functions.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, sales/use tax requirements, and internal controls.
- Support audits, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and mentor accounting team members.
Qualifications
- CPA required.
- Prior people management experience
- Strong financial reporting, general ledger, and close process experience.
- Multi-state sales and use tax knowledge
