Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager – Nonprofit

Our nonprofit legal client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Controller to take ownership of financial reporting and accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

Own monthly financial reporting and month-end close
Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports
Oversee general ledger and accounting processes
Ensure accurate nonprofit fund and grant accounting
Partner with the CFO and take day-to-day financial reporting responsibilities off their plate

Requirements:

Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Controller-level experience
Nonprofit accounting experience required
Strong financial reporting and month-end close background
Excellent Excel and accounting systems skills
