RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• 
  
• The Accounting Manager will prepare and manage monthly reporting for multiple grants
• 
  
• The Accounting Manager will process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 30–35 employees through ADP
• 
  
• Maintain hands-on general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• 
  
• Support month-end close activities and assist with audit and budget preparation as needed
  
  
• 
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• 
  
• Must have hands-on accounting experience with nonprofit or grant-funded organizations
• 
  
• Must have experience managing month-end close and financial reporting
• 
  
• Experience with ADP payroll or QuickBooks is a plus
• 
  

Salary is $75-$90k, DOE
