Salary: $100,000 – $130,000

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, multi-site organization seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and elevate its financial operations. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a strong accounting team, oversee complex reporting, and provide financial insight that directly supports business growth and decision-making across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & develop the team: Manage, mentor, and support accountants across several sites, fostering accuracy, accountability, and professional growth
• 
  
• Oversee financial reporting: Ensure timely, accurate monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• 
  
• Drive budgeting & forecasting: Consolidate site-level budgets, lead the annual planning process, and prepare forecasts and variance analysis
• 
  
• Manage cash flow: Oversee cash management and prepare regional and consolidated cash forecasts
• 
  
• Strengthen controls & compliance: Maintain internal controls, support audits, and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards
• 
  
• Partner with leadership: Deliver executive-ready reporting and provide actionable financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions

What We’re Looking For

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA a plus)
• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; multi-site or multi-entity experience strongly preferred
• 
  
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop teams
• 
  
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement
•
