We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a high-volume hospitality accounting team supporting multiple hotel properties. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable reviewing large volumes of invoices in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of an Accounting Manager

• 
  
• Review and audit 300-400+ invoices daily across multiple properties
• 
  
• Verify vendor information, invoice coding, property allocations, and payment details
• 
  
• Ensure invoice data processed through an AI-based platform is accurate and complete
• 
  
• Assist with ACH, credit card, and check payment processing
• 
  
• Support month-end close activities and invoice workflow management
• 
  
• Maintain accuracy while meeting strict processing deadlines
• 
  

Required Qualifications of an Accounting Manager

• 
  
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• 
  
• Experience handling high-volume invoice processing and review
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 
  
• Familiarity with accounting systems and AP workflows
• 
  
• Basic Excel skills
• 
  
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications of an Accounting Manager

• 
  
• Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems
• 
  
• Experience working with automated invoice processing platforms
• 
  

Required Industry Experience
