Key Responsibilities for the Accounting & Billing Specialist:
- Manage client invoicing, account statements, and accounts receivable follow-up
• Process vendor invoices and expenses through QuickBooks Online
• Perform account reconciliations, applying payments and credits accurately
• Support company credit card reconciliations and receipt tracking
• Prepare recurring financial and operational reports
• Manage shared accounting communications and respond to account-related inquiries
Qualifications for the Accounting & Billing Specialist:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounts payable
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with reconciliations and invoice processing
