Join a busy team and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of accounting. This role offers exposure to AP, AR, and payroll, with training provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Process credit cards and assist with invoicing (high volume)

  • Enter timecard hours

  • Print checks and maintain filing (paper-heavy environment)

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of accounting or administrative experience

  • Basic knowledge of AP/AR

  • Payroll experience a plus

  • Must have good Excel skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
