Join a busy team and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of accounting. This role offers exposure to AP, AR, and payroll, with training provided.
Responsibilities:
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process credit cards and assist with invoicing (high volume)
Enter timecard hours
Print checks and maintain filing (paper-heavy environment)
Qualifications:
1+ year of accounting or administrative experience
Basic knowledge of AP/AR
Payroll experience a plus
Must have good Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
