Seeking an experienced accounting professional with expertise in US GAAP, journal entries, reconciliations, and SAP software for a 6+ month hybrid contract in San Jose, CA or Lehi, UT.
Support GL transactional activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Manage month-end close, accruals, prepaid expenses, and cash forecasting.
Handle compensation accounting (payroll, bonuses, commissions) ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
Leverage automation and AI tools to improve processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders, support audits, and provide insights.
Must have 6-9 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong attention to detail.
Experience with SAP, reconciliation tools, and multinational finance operations preferred.
Ideal candidates are analytical problem solvers with process improvement experience, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. The pay rate is $50-$55/hour on W2.
