Accountant

We're currently partnered with a well-established local CPA firm in the Brentwood, MO area that is looking to add an Accountant to their growing team.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting in planning and execution of tax and attest engagements
• Preparing workpapers for tax returns, compilations, reviews, and audits
• Supporting a range of tax services including planning, projections, and compliance
• Conducting tax research and applying findings to client situations
• Working directly with clients to provide high-quality service and guidance

What they're looking for:

• Public accounting experience preferred
• Experience preparing federal and state tax returns (corporate, partnership, individual, trusts, estates)
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or UltraTax is a plus
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
