ACCOUNTANT

The Senior Accountant will have direct exposure to senior leadership, ownership of accounting processes, and the opportunity to build scalable financial infrastructure within a high-growth, multi-entity insurance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Conduct technical accounting research.
• Support external audits.
• Develop and maintain internal controls.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, and business teams.
• Improve accounting processes and infrastructure.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years accounting experience.
• 2+ years public accounting experience preferred.
• Big 4 or comparable firm background preferred.
• CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred.
• Insurance accounting experience preferred.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills.
