Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Perform account reconciliations and month-end close activities
• 
  
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• 
  
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances
• 
  
• Support financial reporting and business performance analysis
• 
  
• Partner cross-functionally with operational leaders and management teams
• 
  
• Assist with process improvements and accounting efficiency initiatives
• 
  
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in a deadline-driven environment
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 
  
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong experience with reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting
• 
  
• Ability to analyze variances and identify root causes
• 
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• 
  
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment
