Position Summary
Responsible for managing accounts payable, cash management, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, and payroll-related accounting functions across multiple entities while ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve invoices, checks, and vendor payments.
• 
  
• Manage daily cash activity and banking transactions.
• 
  
• Prepare weekly cash reports and assist with cash flow forecasting.
• 
  
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple entities.
• 
  
• Process and record cash receipts, deposits, ACH transactions, and account transfers.
• 
  
• Maintain accurate coding and recording of all cash transactions.
• 
  
• Process employee timesheets and support payroll administration.
• 
  
• Record payroll journal entries and ensure accurate general ledger reporting.
• 
  
• Maintain financial records and support accounting compliance and reporting requirements.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
• 
  
• Knowledge of accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and cash management.
• 
  
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
