Accountant – Up to $75,000+ Annually

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Up to $75,000+ per year, depending on experience

HireCall is seeking an experienced Accountant for a client in the Tulsa area. This is an immediate opening, and the client is looking to begin interviewing qualified candidates as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have well-rounded accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and independently problem-solve.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable (A/R)
• Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (A/P)
• Perform account and bank reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset records
• Calculate and record depreciation
• Assist with and complete month-end closing
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Analyze financial information and identify potential issues
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Assist with additional accounting responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Previous accounting experience required
• Strong knowledge of A/R and A/P processes
• Experience with account and bank reconciliations
• Knowledge of fixed assets and depreciation
• Experience with month-end close procedures
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
