Cash Accountant

Job Title: Cash Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions related to cash activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile cash accounts and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to cash transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to verify cash receipts and disbursements.
• Maintain proper documentation for all cash-related activities.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary financial records and explanations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably with cash management responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and internal controls.
