iGas is a fast-growing global leader in the HVAC refrigerant industry. Were dedicated to innovation, great service, and operational excellence. As we continue to expand, were looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Accountant I to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions accurately and on time
- Record invoices, payments, and receipts while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Reconcile accounts, review ledgers, and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Support month-end close activities and assist with reports and audits
- Track collections, vendor payments, and cash flow to meet department goals
- Use Excel to analyze data, create reports, and manage financial details (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth accounting operations
- Maintain organized records and a high level of accuracy in every task
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting - Required
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) - Required
- QuickBooks experience - Plus
- No prior experience required - We will train you!
- Strong Excel skills - Proficient with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data organization
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong results-driven and problem-solving mindset

- Excellent communication in English and Spanish
- Organized, punctual, and able to handle multiple priorities
