Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Type: 4-Month Contract-to-Hire Based on Performance
Pay: $19/HR

4 Corner Resources is seeking an experienced Account Services Representative to serve as a front-line point of contact for customers, supporting account management, order processing, billing inquiries, payment collection, and general customer service needs. The ideal candidate will come from a fast-paced, professional client-service environment and have experience managing customer accounts, handling a steady volume of phone and email interactions, navigating multiple systems, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

This position requires someone who can take ownership of customer requests from start to finish, prioritize competing demands, and confidently navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Account Services Representative Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers through inbound phone calls, email, and other communication channels
• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, requests, and account-related issues while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
• Manage and update customer accounts across multiple systems and platforms
• Utilize CRM and account management systems to document customer interactions, account activity, and follow-up needs
• Process customer orders and account requests accurately and efficiently
• Review customer account information and investigate discrepancies or issues before escalating when appropriate
• Assist customers with billing questions, past-due balances, and payment-related concerns
• Make outbound collection calls regarding past-due balances, services, and subscriptions
• Take ownership of customer requests and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution
• Route or coordinate customer requests with the appropriate departments, including sales, accounting, and support teams
• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and account information
• Assist with account reconciliation and data cleanup projects as needed
• Prioritize multiple competing customer requests and internal responsibilities while maintaining productivity and accuracy
• Follow through on customer requests and ensure appropriate communication until resolution
• Assist other departments or areas as needed based on business needs

Account Services Representative Required Qualifications

• Prior front-line customer service or account services experience in a professional, fast-paced environment
• Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and account requests
• Strong understanding of how CRM and account management systems are used to manage customer relationships and account activity
• Comfortable working with multiple software systems simultaneously and learning new technology quickly
• Experience managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate account information
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Experience resolving customer issues by identifying needs, taking ownership, and coordinating solutions
• Comfortable discussing billing issues, past-due balances, payments, and collections with customers
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders, updating accounts, and documenting customer interactions
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
• Strong follow-through and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Reliable transportation and ability to work fully onsite Monday–Friday
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• Previous accounts receivable, billing, collections, or payment processing experience
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or account management systems
• Experience processing customer orders or service requests
• Experience working in a high-volume call center, customer service, account management, or similar client-facing environment
• Previous experience coordinating with sales, accounting, operations, or support teams
