Account Resolution/Collections Specialist opportunity with a
Credit Union offering a full range of financial products and services, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, mortgages, auto loans, personal loans, commercial banking, investments, insurance and digital banking solutions. The credit union supports University communities.
The
Account Resolution/Collections Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:- Resolving inbound member calls regarding delinquent loan accounts.
- Managing delinquent consumer loan accounts, including credit cards, personal and auto loans, and real estate and solar loans.
- Performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative activities related to the servicing and resolution of consumer and real estate loans.
- Conducting skip tracing.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and clerical experience in a financial environment.
- Consumer collections experience, including credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, real estate/mortgage loans, and solar loans.
Pay Rate Range: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
