What you'll own:

• Processing and applying client payments across every channel: checks, ACH, wires, credit cards, and electronic payments
• Keeping client account records accurate and payments applied per billing terms
• Managing daily cash receipts and supporting deposit processing
• Partnering with Accounting, Billing, and Collections to run down posting issues and discrepancies
• Monitoring receivables and helping drive stronger collections and cash flow
• Playing detective on unidentified payments, handling NSF transactions, and performing reconciliations
• Serving as the go-to for questions on payment status, discrepancies, and refunds

Job Details

What you bring:

• 3+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
• Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities and hit deadlines without breaking a sweat

Bonus points:

• Law firm or professional services experience
• Background in client billing and collections
