• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Proactively reach out to prospective customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate insurance options.

• Strong desire and dedication to helping customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented 
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Experience in sales preferred
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to obtain an insurance license in the state of Virginia
