Account Representative Junior

 

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a motivated recent graduate or experienced candidate with strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills to work in South Jordan, UT.

This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in a fast-paced financial services environment while supporting clients and internal business operations.

 

Pay Rate Range: $20–23/hour

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and account-related requests
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
• Process account updates and ensure accurate data entry and documentation
• Assist with account maintenance and operational support
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner
• Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build professional relationships
