We're currently hiring an Entry Level Account Representative to join our growing B2B Sales Team in the Atlanta area. This is an in-person position designed for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, business development, and leadership.

No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and a clear path for advancement based on performance—not seniority.

As an Entry Level Account Representative, you'll receive paid training in:

• B2B sales and customer acquisition
• Account management and client relationship building
• Business development strategies
• Leadership and team development
• Sales presentations and communication
• Organizational and time management skills
• Goal setting and professional development
• Business operations and management fundamentals

As you develop your sales skills, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities and continue advancing within the company.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business clients through face-to-face interactions
• Meet with business owners to understand their needs and present customized solutions
• Conduct professional sales presentations
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer accounts and sales activities
• Collaborate with leadership on daily training, coaching, and professional development
• Represent clients with professionalism and integrity while delivering outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Team player who enjoys working with people
• Leadership experience through work, athletics, student organizations, or volunteer activities is a plus
• Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
