Essential Job Functions
Lead and manage operations for account to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the Company's standards
Maximize profitability through superior service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the manager as well as client as needed
Review revenue and expenses to budget constraints and escalate issues as the need arises
Provide excellent service and responsiveness to client
Monitor the financial aspects of the assigned account (purchasing, budget preparation and review, reporting and expenses).
Other Skills & Abilities
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web based and job specific software applications
Physical Requirements
Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components
Sitting for extended periods of time
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight
This job requires presence on-site at the assigned work location
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED Required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum five years of related experience required
Minimum four years of industry experience required
Minimum three years of supervisory experience required
Certifications & Licenses
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
Washington State required disclosure: Salary range for this position is between USD $64,000 and $86,000 per annum.
