    What your background should look like

    Position Summary

    We are looking for an Account Manager III to drive revenue growth and customer engagement within the Industrial Business Unit across Northern Mexico. This field-based sales role is responsible for managing strategic customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, supporting engineering and fulfillment activities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience (ECE). The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with relationship-building, technical sales, and strategic planning capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including decision-makers and executives.
    • Drive demand creation through customer engagement, value-based selling, and early involvement in customer projects.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
    • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales forecasts.
    • Conduct Voice of the Customer (VOC) activities and communicate insights internally.
    • Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements.
    • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer developments to support growth strategies.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Customer Care, Planning, and other cross-functional teams.
    • Support customers with escalations, sample requests, delivery follow-up, and quality-related matters.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field preferred.
    • 3-5 years of sales experience; technical sales experience is a plus.
    • Experience working with EMS providers, Electronic Channel Distributors, and/or Industrial OEMs is highly desirable.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
    • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
    • Knowledge of consultative selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling) preferred.
    • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Ability to travel up to 50%.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Valid visa for international travel.
    • Proficiency with common business software and CRM tools.
