Insurance Sales Representative

The Adrian Howard State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in call centers, collections, customer service, or telephone sales.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads and insurance quotes.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home/Renters, Life, Health, and other insurance products.
• Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale.
• Cross-sell products to existing customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
• Meet individual and agency sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous call center, collections, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong telephone and communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and dependable.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licenses.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
