Job Overview

As the client's main point of contact, you will be responsible for sourcing technical candidates, ensuring compliance, managing billing, and resolving day-to-day issues. This role requires a proactive approach to maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for various IT roles, such as application development, business systems analysis, and network administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for staffing requests, scheduling, billing, and contract compliance.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline for roles such as application development, database administration, and technical support.
• Review technical resumes to spot real skill matches and confirm English proficiency where required.
• Coordinate background checks, financial checks, drug screening, and fingerprinting as needed.
• Manage fill-rate deadlines and replacement timelines for technical roles.
• Own the Work Order process, coordinating requirements with the client.
• Produce utilization and staffing reports using IT workforce reporting systems.
• Stay current on IT hiring trends and in-demand skills.

Requirements

• Experience supporting government or public sector clients.
• Knowledge of employment compliance requirements, including background screening and drug testing coordination.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Account management experience within an IT staffing or technical workforce solutions firm.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or staffing platforms used for technical placements.
• US Citizen only.

Preferences

• Familiarity with government procurement or contracting processes.
