Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is growing in South Florida and looking for a driven, relationship-focused Executive Recruiter to join our Nashville team.

As an Executive Recruiter, you'll act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, helping accounting, finance, and HR professionals find career opportunities while partnering with local businesses to solve hiring challenges.

What You'll Do

• 
  
• Develop relationships with business leaders throughout Nashville and the surrounding area
• 
  
• Grow and manage client accounts while identifying new business opportunities
• 
  
• Recruit and connect top accounting, finance, and HR professionals with career opportunities
• 
  
• Become a trusted resource for candidates navigating their careers
• 
  
• Build a strong personal brand through networking, referrals, social media, and community involvement
• 
  
• Manage your own book of business with the support of a collaborative team

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• 
  
• 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, business development, customer success, or relationship management
• 
  
• OR 1-4 years of public accounting experience with an interest in business development and networking
• 
  
• You enjoy meeting new people and building lasting relationships
• 
  
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with professionals at all levels
• 
  
• Motivated by personal growth, career advancement, and financial success

• Self-starter who enjoys autonomy while also contributing to a team environment
