Account Manager

As a Maintenance Account Manager, you will manage a broad commercial landscape portfolio within a designated territory. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with your client base, selling ancillary services to best suit the needs of your clients, while successfully managing your operations team. You have an eye for the details that beautify any property, and that makes you unique. Building effective teams and delivering top quality results to the communities you support are your priorities.

Responsibilities:

Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external clientsConducting regular site visits to ensure client expectations are being met or exceededIdentifying and resolving customer concerns with a high sense of urgencyPresenting value-added enhancement proposals to customersSupervising the operations team that supports the client portfolioSuccessfully establishing a sense of community and inclusivity among your teamActively driving the Down to Earth safety cultureProactively identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing top talentExemplifying the leadership behaviors that positively promote the Down to Earth brandPerforming other duties as assigned by the leadership team

Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED equivalent, Associates Degree is preferredMust be proficient with the Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work outside during the summer months in FloridaStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsFlexible and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentValid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of account management experience in a service industryMinimum 2 years of leadership experienceBilingual in English and SpanishCommercial landscape experience in the Florida market
