We are seeking your support as an Account Manager (m/f/d) Northern Germany

How you make a difference:

• Active revenue generation through target-group-specific product demonstrations of 3D laser scanners, primarily for customers in building, land, and factory surveying
• Analysis of customer requirements and consultation on end-to-end hardware and software solutions, taking into account the software environment used by the customer
• Development of new customer segments and projects outside traditional sales channels
• Generation of qualified leads as well as market and competitive intelligence to support revenue and market growth

Who you ideally are:

• Strong technical understanding (e.g. technical training, technical college, or university degree)
• Good understanding of technical interrelationships, digital workflows, and applied software (e.g. CAD systems in the point-cloud environment)
• Relevant sales experience in a consultative, capital goods-driven environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills when dealing with both technical and commercial stakeholders
• Strong solution- and application-oriented mindset, as well as innovative drive to open up new application and sales areas
• High level of initiative, willingness to travel, and ability to work independently
• Experience in channel and partner management is an advantage
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs

Wie machen Sie den Unterschied:

• Aktive Umsatzgenerierung durch zielgruppenspezifische Produktdemonstrationen von 3D Laserscannern überwiegend bei Kunden aus der Gebäude-, Land- und Fabrikvermessung
• Analyse der Kundenanforderung und Beratung zu ganzheitlichen Lösungen aus Hardware und Software mit Hinblick auf die beim Kunden eingesetzte Softwarelandschaft
• Erschließung neuer Kundensegmente und Projekte außerhalb klassischer Vertriebskanäle
• Generierung qualifizierter Leads, Markt- und Wettbewerbsinformationen zur Unterstützung des Umsatz- und Marktwachstums

Wer Sie idealerweise sind:

• Ausgeprägtes Technisches Verstandnis (z.B. technische Ausbildung, HTL, Studium)

• Gutes Verständnis von technischen Zusammenhängen, digitalen workflows und eingesetzter Software (z.B. CAD Systeme im Punktwolkenumfeld)

• Einschlägige Vertriebserfahrung im erklärungsbedürftigen Investitionsgüterumfeld

• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit gegenüber technischen und kaufmännischen Ansprechpartnern

• Ausgeprägte Lösungs- und Anwendungsorientierung sowie Innovationskraft zur Erschließung neuer Einsatz- und Verkaufsfelder

• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Reisebereitschaft und selbstverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise

• Erfahrung im Channel- und Partnermanagement wünschenswert

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
