We're looking for someone who's equal parts trend-obsessed and detail-oriented to join our growing influencer marketing team.
WHO WE ARE
Open Influence is a global, award-winning creator marketing company, providing premium, end-to-end creator marketing solutions. Since 2013, we have been pioneering the creator economy, executing social-first strategies for over 1,500 top brands—including Universal, Spotify, Google, FOX, Target, and more! As a platform-agnostic and talent-agnostic partner, we connect brands with the right creators, on the right channels, to drive measurable impact and business growth.
We won't bury the lead: success in this role requires a creative "free-range" mindset, paired with immaculate project management skills and attention to the finer details. We combine our passion for culture with an infectious commitment to driving meaningful results for our clients. Sure, every agency will have a 'work hard, play harder' environment. Our approach is: work smarter, play better. With a 92% renewal rate, brands don't just work with us—they stay with us.
WHO YOU ARE
You live and breathe social media, always on the lookout for fresh trends and the latest content that captures attention. You're someone who thrives in the grey areas and can juggle a wide variety of tasks without losing sight of the big picture. You're not just a project manager, but think like a creative strategist who understands that the best influencer campaigns come from a blend of data-driven insights and bold, original ideas.
You're not content just being a spectator - you want to be the one who shapes and executes campaigns from start to finish, addressing every detail and identifying new opportunities before they even arise. You don't shy away from complexity or ambiguity; you rise to the occasion. You understand that success in this role means being the primary strategist, the client's trusted advisor, and the person who makes things happen with influencers, all while keeping internal teams aligned.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Account Manager on this fast-growing automotive account, you will lead large-scale influencer marketing campaigns and independently manage projects from strategy through completion. You will oversee every stage of execution, including influencer sourcing, negotiations, content development, reporting and client communication, taking full ownership of campaign performance and delivery.
Working as part of a broader account team, you will independently lead select projects while partnering with senior account leaders on strategic initiatives such as account level projects, quarterly reporting, integrated agency team meetings and quarterly business reviews.
In this role, you may also have support from coordinators--providing opportunities to mentor junior team members, identifying new opportunities for growth, and ensuring flawless execution. Most importantly, you'll work closely with clients and cross-functional agency partners to elevate their influencer marketing programs, consistently delivering results that matter.
