We are seeking a driven National Account Manager to develop and grow strategic relationships with healthcare systems, hospitals, medical campuses, and other healthcare facilities across the United States.

This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing enterprise-level customer relationships, and partnering with operations teams to deliver exceptional service to some of the nation's largest healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate understands the complexities of healthcare facilities, has experience selling facility services, and thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy focused on healthcare organizations and hospital systems.
  • Prospect and secure new enterprise clients including hospitals, medical centers, integrated healthcare networks, outpatient facilities, and healthcare campuses.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives, Directors of Facilities, Plant Operations, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Capital Planning leaders.
  • Identify opportunities for preventative maintenance, capital projects, renovations, service agreements, and long-term facility partnerships.
  • Coordinate with regional operations teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of national opportunities and accurately forecast sales activity.
  • Attend national healthcare conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events.
  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding each client's operational, regulatory, and facility challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of business development or national account management experience.
  • Experience selling facility services, mechanical services, HVAC, building systems, commercial construction, energy services, roofing, or other facility-related solutions.
  • Experience working with healthcare facilities, hospitals, or integrated healthcare systems is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop enterprise-level relationships and close large, multi-location accounts.
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable traveling nationally to support clients and business development efforts.
