Join RDO Equipment Co.'s Emerging Markets team, where you'll support customers working in Landfill, Mining, Solar, and Autonomy-some of the fastest growing segments of our business. This team partners closely across the organization to deliver practical, innovative solutions, from helping landfills improve compaction to supporting solar projects and mining operations with precision technology. You'll work alongside experienced teammates who are focused on real results, strong partnerships, and shaping what's next in these evolving industries.

What You Will Do:

• Build customer partnerships: develop long-term relationships and deliver equipment and service solutions that support customer success while maximizing profitability.
• Drive territory sales strategy: develop, plan, and execute sales strategies for Carlson Machine Control and Tana Landfill Compactor solutions across a multi-state territory.
• Grow market share: identify new opportunities by leveraging manufacturer resources, monitoring industry trends, and understanding the competitive landscape.
• Conduct field demonstrations: coordinate and perform equipment demonstrations at customer job sites to showcase product capabilities and value.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience: partner with internal teams to manage orders, deliveries, training, and post-sale support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What You Will Need:

• Industry experience: 1+ year of experience in the solid waste industry, preferably within landfill operations.
• Sales expertise: prior professional sales experience required; technology sales experience preferred.
• Relationship building: strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Communication skills: strong written and verbal communication abilities, including comfort presenting to groups.
• Travel flexibility: ability and willingness to travel 50-80% across a multi-state territory.
