Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as Project Lead when implementing RTLS hardware at accounts
Identify new revenue generating opportunities
Complete trainings with staff and act as a resource if any questions/concerns come up
Act as the primary point of contact between customer staff and the IL.io team
Work with hospital staff to ensure solution is operating at full functionality
Execute ongoing maintenance on-site to hospital staff should any issues arise
Explore opportunities within the health network to upsell additional features
Relay information on Account's health to internal IL.io Senior level staff
Qualifications:
3-6 years of proven experience working in a customer success or account management role. Healthcare related and bachelor's degree is preferred
Strong operational/project management background
Demonstrated ability to work with key stakeholders
Attention to detail oriented with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Diligent communicator with deep desire for personal growth'
