    Description

    The AccountManagerisa roleprimarily responsibleforsaturatingand expandingkeyaccounts.     EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities:

    • Saturatesandexpandskeyassignedaccount(s)throughrelationshipsandmanagesfulfillment ofquality candidates and exceptional customer service
    • Contributestothevendorimplementationprocess;uptoand includingprogramdesign
    • Collectsandmanagesopenpositions(forclientsinrespectiveterritory)
    • Managesday-to-dayofficeoperationaldutiesincludingleadingRedZone,EndZone,Business Line Meetings duringbusinesshours
    • Providesregularcontactanddevelopsandmaintainsrelationshipswithassignedaccountsto evaluateneeds,performance, and businessdevelopment opportunities
    • Developscompensationdesignforactivecaregivers andfieldstaff
    • Manages specific program reports and meets report guidelines to include expenditure, payroll, tax, consumer budget/funds, and time and attendance reports
    • Managestheperformanceand developmentof Consumer Relation Specialists ,Field Support and otherteammembers,asapplicable
    • Developsandimplementsclientandcaregiverretentionstrategies
    • Identifieschallengesorbreakdownsintheonboardingprocessinternallyandwithkeyaccounts and developssolutionsthatmaintainapplicablerequirements, quality,andcustomer service
    • Reportsproductionandresultstoapplicableleadership
    • Buildsand cultivatesrelationshipswithindustrycontactstogain industry knowledge,referrals andbusiness developmentleads
    • Managesand maintainssales andrecruitment KPIs
    • Ensurescandidatemeetsrequiredstandards ofhireforMaximandapplicablecontract(s)
    • Ensuresclientexpectationsareunderstoodandmet;addressesandresolvesconcernsrelating to customerserviceorcaregiverand fieldstaffperformance
    • Documentscandidate,caregiver,fieldstaff,andclientcorrespondenceandactivitieswithin systemofrecord
    • Directstheon-callschedulefortheassignedaccount(s);performson-callasneeded
    • Developsunderstandingofprocurementprocessandparticipatesintheprocessasneeded
    • Functionsasprimarymemberoftheinterdisciplinaryofficeteam
    • Performsotherdutiesasassigned

    MinimumRequirements:

    • UndergraduatedegreepreferredinBusiness,Marketing,Management,Communications, Provider Relations, Healthcare Administrationor RNDegree
    • Twoyearscombinedexperienceinrecruitment,customerservice,andbusinessdevelopment experience
    • Frequent daily travel throughout the specific geographic area; overnight travel may be required (10% of the time)
    • Mustmeetallfederal,state,andlocalrequirements
    • CommitmenttotheAccountManagerroleforaminimumoftwoyears
    • Demonstratedskillsetsinleadership,development,andbusinessacumen
    • Proficiency in English language required
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)

    Wage/Salary Information:

    $60,000 annually PLUS $10,000 COLA and bonus potential
