We are searching for a qualified and ambitious individual to manage and coordinate the maintenance needs of our customers’ equipment, truck, and trailer fleets in a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused manner. This role requires strong communication, scheduling, and multitasking skills, along with a commitment to providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include managing and coordinating maintenance services for customer fleets through effective scheduling and communication, while ensuring efficient operations across departments.

• Manage and coordinate maintenance needs for customer equipment, truck, and trailer fleets
• Schedule and maintain daily routes for mobile service technicians
• Communicate customer requirements, timelines, and service needs to technicians and internal teams
• Coordinate parts requests and ensure timely ordering and availability
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and database information
• Provide clear communication with customers regarding schedules, updates, and lead times
• Collaborate with department managers and technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Prepare service invoices and provide maintenance contract billing information to accounting

Posted Salary Range: USD $24.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
