This role translates client goals into clear plans, connects tactical work to broader business outcomes, and serves as the primary point of contact for account-level communication and delivery. Success looks like proactive client communication, accurate budget pacing, and consistent, high-quality inputs into strategic reviews and QBRs.What Youll DoIndependently manage day-to-day communication, delivery, and coordination across mid-sized accounts (23 products/services)Own timelines, deliverables, and pacing, and monitor budget and resource usage to support account healthLead client communication with confidence, setting clear expectations and managing pushback professionallyPrepare inputs for monthly performance reviews and QBRs, connecting results to client goals and strategyAnalyze performance data across channels and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendationsCoordinate across service lines to keep messaging, strategy, and execution consistent, with clear briefs and timelinesIdentify risks or blockers early and escalate with context and proposed solutionsSupport renewal and account growth by identifying opportunities and partnering with RevOps and senior team membersFollow documented processes and suggest improvements when workflows are unclear or inefficientBuild team connection through clear communication and shared knowledge, contributing to an inclusive, supportive team dynamicTest new tools and workflows, sharing learnings that improve day-to-day efficiencyWhat You Bring24 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency and client-facing roleExperience independently managing small scopes or mid-sized client accountsStrong understanding of how marketing channels work together to support business goalsAbility to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverablesNice to HaveExperience working across multiple service lines (SEO, Paid Media, Social, Email)Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)Prior experience supporting renewal or account growth conversationsWho Thrives HereYou show up real, do the hard work with your team, and take ownership of your part without waiting to be asked.
