MANAGERS RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Oversee campaign production, development, and analysis2. Manage all departments & employees3. Maintain and develop client relations4. Hire and oversee training of new employees5. Ensure sales production goals are consistently met6. Weekly/daily progress reports to Regional Directors
This is an Entry Level position that offers advancement and the ability to grow within the company. We are NOT looking for people with years of management experience. We prefer to train our managers to learn how our firm operates.
