The Role
This role sits within an experienced corporate team, supporting Account Executives and Partners in the delivery and servicing of a portfolio of mid-to-large corporate clients.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 8-10 corporate clients, each generating a minimum income of £20,000+, providing end-to-end account handling support across a broad range of Property & Casualty insurance programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives and Partners in the management and servicing of a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Manage the day-to-day servicing of approximately 8-10 corporate clients, each generating a minimum income of £20,000+.
- Take ownership of renewals, mid-term adjustments, policy documentation, and client queries across a broad range of Property & Casualty insurance programmes.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Prepare market submissions, obtain quotations, and negotiate with insurers to secure appropriate coverage and competitive outcomes for clients.
- Review and prepare client documentation, renewal reports, presentations, and policy schedules, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support Account Executives in identifying client risks and developing tailored insurance solutions.
- Assist with the administration and servicing of multinational and global insurance programmes, receiving full training and support from the wider team.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all activity is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver high levels of service and support the continued growth of the corporate portfolio.
