The Account Manager position is responsible for growing the blood donor base in the Allentown, PA area. The anticipated annual salary starts at $46,000 and is commensurate with experience. In addition, Miller-Keystone offers the following to all full-time employees:Medical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsPrescription PlanFlexible Spending AccountsLife InsuranceLong Term Disability InsuranceVacation, Personal and Sick DaysFitness/Gym reimbursementRetirement Savings PlanAnd Much More! What you will be doing:Grows our blood donor base through recruiting and retaining blood donor groups to meet the transfusion needs of patients in our local hospitals.Meets with donor groups to plan effective recruitment and marketing strategy for each blood drive.Plans special events and in-center blood drives to support donor growth at our Hamilton location.Coordinates logistics for each blood drive, monitor recruitment efforts, and responds to issues to ensure blood drive success and customer satisfaction.Evaluates drive performance and collects feedback to effectively plan for future drives.Educates the public on the importance of blood donation, special programs, and initiatives through speaking engagements and participating in community events.Continuously prospects for new partnerships within assigned region. What you will bring to the role:A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred with 3 years of experience preferred in a sales or community outreach and training required.Practical experience in Outlook, Microsoft office, Power Point, and Excel (preferred).Experience in a non-profit or similar setting prospecting new partnerships and educating on the importance of special programs, community need and company initiatives.Strong time-management skills, organizational and planning abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent communication in English/Spanish required (verbal, written, and listening) to engage with donors, community partners, vendors, and employees of all backgrounds. Additional information:This position reports directly to the Director of Donor Relations and will be based out of our Bethlehem location but will travel to partner sites throughout the Lehigh Valley.
