What You Will Do

• Drive sales by identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach and relationship building.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a B2B or marketplace environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for sales management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred

Compensation and Benefits
