What You’ll Do
Drive new business through consultative selling
Build relationships with prospects and clients through phone, email, and networking
Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions
Deliver exceptional service to maintain and expand client relationships
Consistently hit production and performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Coachable and growth-driven mindset
Comfortable building your own pipeline through networking and prospecting
Insurance license is a plus (not required)
Compensation
$40,000 base salary
Plus commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE)
Year 1: $50K–$70K
Year 2: $80K–$90K
Year 3: $110K–$130K
Top performers can reach six figures in year one.
