Our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts across North America. This is a fully remote role with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, partnering with marketing and customer success to deliver value to mid-market and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience and a track record of consistently exceeding quota.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close and handoff to Customer Success
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads
Run discovery calls and tailored product demos for mid-market and enterprise prospects
Negotiate pricing and contract terms; close deals to consistently meet or exceed quarterly quota
Maintain accurate forecasts, account notes, and pipeline data in CRM
Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and partner with sales engineering on technical evaluations
Requirements
3+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience as an Account Executive or similar role
Documented track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quota
Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers with multi-stakeholder buying committees
Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM and sales engagement tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
