ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - F&A STAFFING - CHARLOTTE, NC

Our client is a privately held multi-vertical professional consulting and talent solutions firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC. They're looking for a driven, competitive, and relationship-focused Account Executive to join their growing sales team. 

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys consultative selling, and is motivated by building a book of business while making a direct impact on client growth.

What you will do: 
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships within the Charlotte market and surrounding areas.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across all service lines and recruiting verticals.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, revenue, and gross profit goals.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across HR, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Administrative, and Project Management searches.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding open searches and market feedback.
What they're looking for: 
  • 4+ years of B2B sales, staffing sales, recruiting, or business development experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
  • Organized with strong follow-through and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of the Charlotte business community is a plus.
